Adobe Creative Suite
I use my video editing skills on daily basis working with BBC Select to create engaging, eye-catching short form social media content, adhering to BBC guidelines.
I am adept at coming up with ideas for creating original content that builds a social media presence and engages an audience. All created using a range of programs from the Adobe Creative Suite.
Product Photography
I composed and arranged a scene, created a suitable lighting strategy, using a professional DSLR camera and edited the photos in Adobe Lightroom. I can also use Adobe Photoshop to manipulate the image, to remove objects or blemishes, to create a clean professional looking image.
Quick Content Creation on Location
I'm always observing the room around me and considering new and interesting ways I can present the situation unfolding in front of me. I often create and improvise ideas for content at speed, often while on location with only a small window of opportunity to get the shot. Where possible I would use my proper camera and edit the photos in Lightroom before uploading, but while out at events or on location the turnaround time needs to be so quick that a mobile phone photo is the most effective way to capture the moment.
Content Creation for Online Event Promotion
I enjoy coming with creative ideas for promoting online events. In the example above I performed a live stream for Jagermeister's YouTube Channel. I posted a combination of informal photos and I also designed a more professional looking flyer, sized for different social media platforms.
Resizing Content for Social Media
I keep up to date with the current requirements for all the major social media platforms and am experienced at quickly resizing and repurposing content to suit each individual platform.
Photography
I am an experienced photographer and can work in a range of environments. From the controlled conditions of a studio for portrait / or product photography, to the unpredictable world of events and live music photography.
I shoot using a professional Nikon DSLR and I am a fast editor can edit quickly using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.

I can create eye-catching promotional teaser videos to build awareness and momentum for upcoming events, music releases or announcements for social media. Proficient in Adobe Premiere which I use to edit and produce music videos, promotional gig trailers and single release announcement teasers.
I have produced and arranged video shoots, interviews, tour diaries and live sessions. Tasks included securing locations, hiring lighting, video & audio equipment, budgeting, direction on set and post production with editing and colour grading.
I can edit the videos to suit a variety of formats from the 16:9 style of YouTube and Facebook, to the portrait format required for Instagram stories.
Adobe After Effects
I am able to create exciting titles and other useful logo animations using Adobe After Effects.
